Resort hotels have been our key area of design since establishment. TDA has provided full services from feasibility study, conceptual designs, architectural and engineering detailed design to consultancy during construction to a major part of the tourist hotel & resort developments in the Maldives. These include full consultancy services to 14 resort hotels from concept development right through the completion of construction, part consultancy for full renovations of 7 resorts & part renovation of 10 resorts. The value of  these projects ranges from US$ 3 million to 55 million and are in the 4 & 5 star categories.
